How do i know what service i need?

We do not complete any services without a proper consultation - this gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and we can help you figure out exactly the kind of service you need.

I cant find your prices, what are they?

We try to make our prices as obvious as possible, if you cant find the price for the service you want please send us a message and we can give you a copy of our prices!

what dogs do you accept?

We do not discriminate on breed and accept any and all pups! This includes any breed that comes under the dangerous dogs act 1991 which now includes XL bullies - this is as long as your pup is exempt and follows all the rules stated. We will need a copy of any necessary paper work along with the consent form we will send you then we are good to go!

my dogs reactive, can i still book with you?

Absolutely! We are trained to accommodate dogs with a variety of behavioral requirements and currently have plenty of reactive dogs as our clients.

i don’t see the service i need, do you offer it?

We currently offer a large range of services and we are constantly updating them on our pages, if you don’t see the service you need on our website or social media feel free to send us a message. We may even add it to our website!

What do i do if i need to cancel?

We have a 48 and 24 hour cancellation policy - if you cancel before 48 hours you will not be charged for any services. If you cancel within 48 hours of the booked service you may be charged either a partial or full payment - this is to ensure we do not lose out as a business as we may not be able to fill that space.

am i out of your catchment area?

We are based in High Wycombe and cover all the local towns within a 7 mile radius including Stokenchurch, Beaconsfield, Bourne end and Holmer green! If you aren’t sure please send us a message.

whats the point of getting a pet sitter?

Hiring a professional pet sitter has so many benefits - a proper professional pet sitter like us will be insured, DBS checked, licensed where necessary and have lots of qualifications / experience as well as years of rich knowledge ensuring your pet is getting the best possible care! You will get regular updates and can relax knowing your pet is getting the best in the industry (and not just your sister with a crumpled up note of what to do…)

Do you offer day care in your home?

We currently only offer pet sitting in your home - we are hoping to offer pet sitting, day care / holiday care in our own home soon but we currently cannot offer that as a service.
